The room was clean and had a couch and a coffee maker, making it a comfortable place to stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the downtown Castro Valley shops and the Castro Village shopping center.

Bed was very comfortable.

We asked for handicapable room-did not get one.

I arrived late in the evening after a near fatal hit and run accident at freeway speeds. I am a single mother with my 6 year old daughter and was in a horrible part of town and needed emergency accommodations on easter weekend. The front desk agent was extremely courteous and helpful.

the price was high but what you would expect for weekend rates. If a last minute discount could have happened it would have made it that much more less stressful.

The hotel's breakfast could use some improvement. The eggs taste like cardboard and the bacon is extremely thin.

The location here is great for my trip, being close to the freeway, plus the free breakfast with eggs and bacon was delicious.
